Blanco

Gilgal Blanco displays an aromatic mix of floral, melon, citrus fruit, apricot and spice characters. This alluring blended wine is bright, tasty and easy to enjoy.

Though enjoyable now, Gilgal Blanco will continue improving in the bottle for several years and remain in excellent drinking condition for about six to eight years. The wine goes wonderfully with pan-seared fish with citrus pesto, cilantro, and lime grilled chicken tacos, or chickpea, coconut, and cashew curry.
