Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2018 Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits fruit notes of raspberry, blackberry and cherry, intermingling with characters of black pepper, herb and chocolate, all with a subtle background of French oak. This full-bodied Cabernet displays nice concentration of flavor and a lingering finish.

Though enjoyable upon release, Gamla Cabernet will improve in the bottle for a few years, and will remain in good drinking condition for some six to eight years from harvest. We love serving the wine with a perfect roast beef, grilled lamb chops with garlic and herbs, or wild mushroom and lentil stew.
