Gilgal

Pinot Noir

Gilgal Pinot Noir was produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing this classic variety. Aging in French oak barrels for seven months yields an elegant, attractive wine layering berry, floral and spice notes. To preserve the quality of the wine, the wine should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place.

Pairing well with a wide range of dishes, we love serving this wine with grilled chicken with raspberry sauce, seared salmon with summer fruit salsa, or pasta with a mushroom cream sauce.
