Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromatic notes of ripe black and red fruits, along with hints of chocolate, tobacco, earth and herb. This elegant and classic Cabernet is full bodied and very flavorful Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon will develop in the bottle in the coming years and stay in excellent drinking condition for a decade and more from harvest. We love serving this wine with seared beef tenderloin with a Cabernet reduction sauce, lamb chops with a garlic-mint sauce, or tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
